Key Features & Design

3-in-1 Versatility: Functions as a physical debris filter, a biological nursery for good bacteria, and an air-venturi oxygenator (eliminating the need for a separate air pump).

Modular Layer Design: Features detachable, stackable filter chambers containing biochemical sponges. These can be taken apart easily for rinsing or customized with ceramic rings or active carbon.

Dual Placement: Can be mounted vertically on the glass using suction cups or laid flat on the bottom of shallow habitats (like turtle tanks) to act as a wavemaker and drain pump.

Crucial Operation & Safety Tips

Never Run Dry: The filter must be completely submerged in water before plugging it into the electrical socket. Running it dry will instantly overheat and destroy the motor.

Sponge Maintenance: Clean the sponge inserts every 2–4 weeks. Always rinse them in a bucket of extracted tank water rather than tap water to prevent chlorine from killing your beneficial biological bacteria.

Impeller Cleaning: If you notice the water flow slowing down, unplug the unit, detach the top powerhead motor block, pull out the magnetic impeller propeller, and wipe away stuck slime or debris.
