The Blue Diamond Flowerhorn (often linked to the Thai Silk variety) is a striking hybrid cichlid known for its metallic blue scales, large head hump (kok), and bold personality. These fish grow up to 12 to 14 inches long and require a large, well-maintained tank of at least 75 gallons.

Appearance and Traits.

Metallic Color: Bright steel-blue or pearlescent silver-blue body.

Head Hump: A distinct, large "kok" on the forehead.

Temperament: Highly aggressive and territorial.

Care Requirements.

Tank Size: Minimum 75 gallons (280 liters) for a single adult.

Water Temperature: 78°F to 82°F (25°C to 28°C).Water pH: 7.4 to 8.0.

Tank Mates: Best kept alone. They attack other fish.

Diet: High-quality cichlid pellets, shrimp, and protein-rich foods to enhance color.
