The needle-wheel rotates at high speeds inside a Venturi chamber, chopping incoming air and water into a micro-bubble mist. This massive surface area of bubbles binds to organic waste and proteins, lifting them into the skimmer's collection cup to keep saltwater reef tanks clean and clear.
